I called Jim's Air Conditioning and Heating Repair on Friday afternoon, and within 3 hours, we already have a new water heater installed. Our appointment was originally scheduled on Saturday, and luckily someone dropped the appointment, so we could get a new water heater on the same day I called. Our technician is PeniB, he told us he’s been doing this for 20 years, and he is really professional. Actually when one business focus on only one thing for 50 years, you can tell they’re the true experts.

Jim’s Air Conditioning and Heating Repair was fantastic. From the salesman Jerry to the office staff and the install team. Extremely easy to deal with and made the process seamless. The whole team was polite, responsive and informative. They sent 2 install teams to handle my install and they were done by 1 in the afternoon. The install team was friendly and informative. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs. Thanks for all your help!

Had rental unit short cyclying. Another company told me my unit had lost it's freon had a leak. Lucky for me they did not have time. I called Jim’s Air Conditioning and Heating Repair and they had someone out in hours. Not only was it not out of freon the tech was able to get just the right part and come in at half his original quote . All working perfect the next day. That's service and integrity.

Needed my dinosaur ac unit changed so i googled ac people in my area. A place with this many reviews being 5 stars, i figured it was worth a shot. Very thorough explanation of whats needed and quoted me different models with links to prices. In case i wanted to do my homework and check the quote. We have been using Jim’s Air Conditioning and Heating Repair for a few years and are always happy with the service. Justin came out today and, like the others, he was awesome (maybe even the most awesome!). Setting up the appointment was super quick and easy, same day service, and everyone is always so friendly! And of course, most importantly, they always fix whatever ails our unit. Keep it up, you guys rock!
