I have used Jim's After Hours repair service multiple times on different appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher) and each time they have done a fantastic job. Always a prompt response to evaluate and fix if they can, or if a second visit was required because specific parts were needed, they kept me informed and shown up when expected. Their rates have been completely reasonable, and they have saved me big $$$$ by extending the life of every appliance. Thank you! Matt F.
9.17.19 Close to the Worst Service Ever; Failed to complete job. There appears to be a significant attitude problem with the person named Kevin, placed on point at this organization to deal with all scheduling and "customer service." I've used Jim's after hours Appliance Repair in San Antonio several times in the past. The lights stopped working in my refrig so I called Jim's. Wednesday morning (woke me from my sleep) a man called asked for my zip code, I told him 78247 and he said Thursday morning between 8 and 12, so I said OK. I don't remember if he hung up or me (I was half asleep). Nobody called back and asked for my address. So Thursday morning 1045 nobody has shown so I call again. The same man answered the phone.
