We just bought a Tidewater 232 LXF and this was probably the best sales experience I have had with a large ticket item. The whole crew from beginning to end were great to deal with. We drove over 2 hours to buy from them and it was well worth it. My wife and I recently purchased a used Tidewater from Jim's marine. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jaime. She was easy to communicate with, professional and followed through on having everything ready for our pick up day. We are thrilled with the boat and how everything was handled. On June 21, 2025 I hit a very large submerged log damaging both lower units, props and some chips and scratches on the hull. Around the 24th or 25th of June I brought the boat into Jim’s for an estimate and repair. The work on the boat was completed by July 7th. Incredible turnaround in the middle of the summer. On top of that, Jim worked with my Insurance company to ensure the necessary repairs and replacements were done.
