Very professional sales team with Jaime and Tami taking care of every detail. The sales process was seamless and the sea trial of the boat with Jimmy was very helpful. We drove from SC with our used Chaparral 216 SSI in tow and stayed the night in Chestertown prior to meeting Tami and Jimmy at the dealership at 9 AM . Extremely friendly, honest, and helpful staff. They took the time to give me a full tutorial and sea trial on a boat I was considering buying (and did buy). They are always easy to reach and very responsive. No matter what change in plans around boat buying and transport arise--and they always arise--they roll with it and remain professional and courteous. I highly recommend this family-run business.
BEWARE!!!!!!! They recommended to have credit pulled for a boat on a Friday and they never sent the finance company the information, I called days later to make sure the boat was still available (following Thursday to be exact) was told they were dragging there feet because a family friend was wanting to purchase the boat. Just by chance, my husband and I ended up at Jim's Marine. We tried to go to 3 other boat dealers first; all which ended up being closed when we got there (their Google profiles said they were open).
