They recommended to have credit pulled for a boat on a Friday and they never sent the finance company the information, I called days later to make sure the boat was still available (following Thursday to be exact) was told they were dragging there feet because a family friend was wanting to purchase the boat. Just by chance, my husband and I ended up at Jim's Marine. We tried to go to 3 other boat dealers first; all which ended up being closed when we got there (their Google profiles said they were open). I recently purchased a 2026 Chaparral 21 ssi from Jim’s Marine. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The dealership is family owned. Tami and Jim answered any questions I had in detail. Jims Marine has a great reputation for providing quality service.
