My parents bought my sister a 2013 ford focus on 5/20 and less than 24 hours later the car stopped working. Turns out there was a recall on that car that the salesperson did not advise of. Jimmy’s is refusing to help. Would never do business here. They should be shut down.
Bought a car for my daughter Tuesday....Wednesday it wouldn't drive. I asked them to repair it...no. I asked them to take it back and give me a car that works....no. I asked for my money back....no. I was told "read your contract, it's as-is" so take my advise and learn from my mistake...don't sign with a company that has no integrity, morals or ethics!!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They sell bad cars that can’t even run for a full 24 hours and have no integrity on doing the right thing!!!
