Had me wait 6 weeks for tree removal and trimming. So many excuses and office had no idea what was going on. Scheduled and never showed up. I cancelled and found another company that came out the next day. What a waste if time.
These guys are great!! Knowledgeable and professional...1 issue Jimmy very good at what he does... I have 3 ponderosa pines around my deck, (they needed a trim) I just would expect that Jimmy would mention that the trees will weep pine sap all over your deck messy!!! D
My husband insisted on doing the work the work himself. I have been waiting a long time (We all know that song. Am I right ladies). Called JImmy's they were awesome, knocked out the work and left the yard immaculate. Hubby came home acted upset but we all know he was secretly relieved. Mama happy and Papa does not have to sleep on the couch, thanks to Jimmy's tree service.
cut neighbors tree by error and missed one tree. I filled out customer review form- never heard from company. The job they did correctly- was good.
They do not inform you of the minimum charge. Ask them about the illegal cutting of Mangroves in 1993.. The prices for their services are outrageous. There are better Arborist in this area. This arborist caters to John's Island in Indian River County. Their clients should check the credentials and prices of competitive companies - especially regarding Oak fungus cleaning - if they did it would save them $$ as well as getting better service.

I appreciated the education about tree care and relieved to know that no job would be too small so I will no longer need to hire kock-on-the-door tree workers. I was impressed with safety conscious workers and thorough clean-up. Cost was absolutely to my benefit.
