Why??? Charged me twice for towing when you knew you couldn't fix the issue to begin with!!!
The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow and/or services.
