Paid a $100 deposit last year for snow removal. After a change in plans meant I didn't need snow removal services, we agreed to apply the deposit to summer mowing instead. Jimmy failed to provide mowing services or answer messages. After I posted a review in June, he asked me to delete it in exchange for a refund.
