Save your money and just go straight to filing the lawsuit. Do not use this company especially if you are not local and or traveling North or South. I stopped at Grande Dune Marina in Myrtle Beach with smoke coming out of my engine. The marina recommended Jimmy’s marine but everybody there that was local said avoid them at all costs. After about two weeks of waiting I made arrangements to have the boat moved to Zimmerman Marine. That’s when Zack showed up.. We were extremely happy with our experience at Jimmy’s Marine! David was our salesman for our first boat. Never once was pushy and answered all questions we had. Nic was very knowledgeable also took his time with us going over everything we needed to know about the boat. Highly recommend them! I bought a tiller handle from Jimmys and I just bought a new Suzuki motor for my son’s boat. Gotta tell you. Ain’t nobody better than Jimmys. The entire staff always goes out of their way to help me. Amber. Noah. Nick. Dave. David. Top notch. I will never take my boat anywhere else. I’m not blowing smoke. I’m a real customer. Thank you guys for always looking out for me. Can’t say that for a few other places in Brunswick county. Not saying any names but they are on HWY 17 in Supply.
Fine to buy parts from, but not good to have service done since Jimmy isn't as involved anymore. Multiple O-rings and gaskets missing from VST/High Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly. Crazy.
Jimmy's Marine is my go to place for parts and service on both boats. They are always well stocked, very knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. It's also, great knowing Jimmy is there and active. I highly recommend Jimmy's Marine.
