We ordered a wheeled Porta Potty twice this year and picked it up at their location. The unit was prepared on time and clean. Great service in 2024.
I have had a portable unit on my property with Jimmy's Johnnys for over 3 years. And I had nothing but good to say. Until they sold out to a national company based out of Chicago. I have had nothing but problems ever since. The service truck would drive through my grass, and I would call. I called for months and months before I could get ahold of someone. I had rented a restroom trailer for our wedding in June. I had put a refundable deposit on it upon booking it and then paid it in full a month prior to the date. I had been told they would deliver it sometime the week prior. I had not heard from them as to when it would be delivered so I called them to find out.
