I have a standing tank for my rv. I can always count on you to come and pump it. Even though it's in the middle of nowhere next to a hay field. Blessings for you all.
We ordered a wheeled Porta Potty twice this year and picked it up at their location. The unit was prepared on time and clean. Great service in 2024.
I have had a portable unit on my property with Jimmy's Johnnys for over 3 years. And I had nothing but good to say. Until they sold out to a national company based out of Chicago. I have had nothing but problems ever since. The service truck would drive through my grass, and I would call. I called for months and months before I could get ahold of someone. I had rented a restroom trailer for our wedding in June. I had put a refundable deposit on it upon booking it and then paid it in full a month prior to the date. I had been told they would deliver it sometime the week prior. I had not heard from them as to when it would be delivered so I called them to find out. Terrible service, we went to pick up a Porta Potty we had ordered for the weekend and this was what was set out for us... Second time this happened this year. This was the unit for the rocket club, this unit is a special unit mounted on a trailer and was set outside your location for us to pick up for use on Saturday. We have been doing this for over 10 years with you. The exact location of the launch on the fields is determined on Saturday morning, so we can not have this delivered.
