My mom specifically wanted me to drive her to this jewelry store while shopping in Columbus, GA yesterday, as she has done business years ago with this store. I am assuming they were professional years ago, as this was not what we experienced yesterday. I walked in to this store today after having been here several times before, spent hundreds of dollars, and had a fine experience. It takes one time like today for me to realize that this business never deserved my patronage in the first place. For the past few WEEKS!, my wife has been looking at necklaces with seashells attached. Jimmy is super knowledgeable and kind. He buffed out my wife’s late grandma’s engagement ring and it looks fantastic. He also gave us a lot of insight about the cut of the diamond and her old watch. Thank you Jimmy! We recommend anyone in Columbus take their jewelry to his shop.
