Jimmy had a technician come out on a Sunday morning when our furnace suddenly stopped working, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the failed part clearly, and even set up a temporary bypass so we could keep the furnace running manually until we decided what to do next.
