That jewelry shop is so unprofessional. I tried to sell a bangle that i bought from here, because a leaf come off the gold leaf attachment was so fragile. It broke off after just one wear! The lady at the counter said someone had soldered or glued it, but it's been like that since I bought it. Who glues or solders their own gold? It makes me wonder if they use glue or unprofessional solder on their items. I had no choice but to sell it for way less than I paid. They deserve zero stars.

Overpriced ring. A gram of gold is only $99 currently and a gold ring is I was shown is only 2-3 gram and they overpriced the ring to $1250. Don’t buy your jewelry in this store. And by the way; they have fake reviews

I had a phenomenal experience here today and last week! Although the item I purchased was not a high ticketed item compared to others, they did not treat me any differently. The customer service was excellent compared to other Vietnamese jewelers I visited. Many others made me feel invisible or overlooked because I wasn’t spending a lot of money, but Huyen gave me an exceptional experience. Thank you!
