New Years Eve Event: 12/31/2024 I visited Jimmy's/Vandais Event Center for the first time on New Year’s Eve to see the band Good for Gary, which was honestly the only reason I decided to go. While the band was fantastic, our experience with the venue itself left a lot to be desired. The banquet room, where the performance was held, felt extremely claustrophobic and was uncomfortably hot throughout the night.
