I called ahead for a part to make sure they had it before driving an hour one way. The man I spoke to was very helpful and he even set it back for me so that it would be there when I got there. Wish I could remember his name to put it here.
Bought a Bob Cat in 2018. Was concerned when the dealer announced they were closing. Was glad that Jimmy's took over the stock and became a dealer. They are even closer to me. My mower is in their computer system and when I need something they just look my mower up and give me what I need. Very friendly service. Hopefully they remain a Bob Cat dealer. I have noticed alot more Bob Cat mowers in the area lately so hopefully they are selling alot of them and remain a dealer so I can find local parts easily....

The most friendliest place you can ever go to. Great customer service. They're always very helpful when it comes to what I need and honest. Very down to Earth people. I will for sure be using them for all of my Kubota and Kawasaki needs.
