Excellent food & service.
To be very honest, I’ve dined at Jimmy’s twice before and took out once – and every single time, it was a terrible experience. I don’t even know why I decided to go again today, maybe I was giving them one last chance. Big mistake. The place was packed, but what caught my eye was how many dishes were going back to the kitchen. People were clearly unhappy and complaining. That should have been my red flag. Disappointed with our experience at Jimmy’s Restaurant and Grill. First, they took our order and after 15 minutes informed us they didn’t have the chicken tikka leg piece we asked for. We had to place an entirely new order, and even then it took more than 50 minutes for the food to arrive. The delay and lack of communication really affected the overall dining experience. Food was okay, but definitely not worth the long wait.
The Chicken Karhai was absolutely amazing — 10/10! I asked the chef to make it Lahori-style, and it was spot on.
