Spent over 5 grand and almost all of the work has been redone by other automotive shops because the work done at jimmys was half assed. Brand new crankshaft fubar after 1 week because of loose bolts on the harmonic balancer and since i had to provide the crankshaft myself the work to replace is not covered so another 2 grand for another crankshaft removal and install.
If it wasn’t for Jimmy’s auto and the staff to include Jerry and the mechanics, I have no idea what I would have done. My key was stuck in my ignition and I could not turn my car off. I pulled up outside. The shop ran in grab Jerry, he came out, took a look, grabbed a couple of the guys. They finally got my key out figured out the issue and got me back in my car. A real honest auto repair shop. Got some work done here (exhaust) and they treat my new vehicle like it was their own. The advise and conversations I heard with other customers was honest and upfront. I've worked on autos for over 30 years as a hobby and would recommend this place to anyone. Go here.
I recently had my catalytic converter replaced here, and had a carry in o2 sensor and they did the service for me, found out a month later after the services, after replacing the o2 sensors they didn’t bolt back on the MAF bolts so the tubes weren’t even connected, I would say the services are okay but forgetting to bolt on a couple of parts is really bad, ended up going to a different shop for convenience, and they told me whoever did it last time, didn’t even bother bolting them back together
Went there just to have my exhaust welded back together told me I didn’t have a cat did even bother to look under the car to see if I did wasted my time
