Super clean environment, nice respectful owner and staff. They got me in and out in decent time manner. They did a full work up on my car as well even with just getting an oil change. They also communicated through every step they had done. Very pleased with my experience. I also very pleased with James and the communication that was shown. As well as Tracy’s. Wonderful team,and wonderful place to give your business too. We will be back.
Always has been a great experience here. The work they do is very high quality and have surprised me more than once by the speed of the service as well, especially when you make an appointment! I am not from Franklin and make it a point to go here for vehicle repairs
Jimmy’s Car Care Center was great. My truck had experienced an issue on the way to Nashville and I had to get it towed to Jimmys. They were great in communication with me. All interaction had to be done over the phone. The repair was in a quick time frame. Very professional. Thanks
