Picked up an order I placed online. Specifically made sure I typed in everyone's name so that they can put it on the sandwiches cause we were taking a road trip. But no, they just wrote numbers on there. Of course the receipts was at home . So we had to open each sandwich and look through the sandwich to see whose sandwich it was. We are a family of 7 and at least 5 of those sandwiches was all turkey made in different ways 🤦‍♀️. Then we also asked for packets of mayo and mustard, and none was in the bag.

Workers were kind but their sandwich making skills lack. Not having lettuce may be managements fault but skimping on meat and using literally only tomatoes with hard cores isn’t acceptable in my book. Hard to swallow what I paid for this.

First time ever having Jimmy Johns and I was so disappointed. I ordered the Jimmy Cuban and it was literally a ham sub. Not even a lot of ham at that. It was a cold ham and cheese sub. Cubans are usually warm and have more flavor. Honestly I feel that what I paid was not worth it for what I was given. Very disappointed that this was my first taste of Jimmy Johns. The person taking my order was nice, no complaint there.
