He was amazing with my two very hard to sit and crying boys, did a beautiful job on their hair, couldn’t say enough good things about this salon

The haircut was ggod.The problem was when I paid.There was a minimum 30% for the first tipping option.I😂 won't be back
This was terrible I booked on line drove 30 minutes and the barber says he is closing in 30 minutes. At 330 pm. When his hours are 730 pm Why allow a booking when you need to leave early. I bought a bunch of certificates on Kelowna now auctions. A good cause but maybe he saw my certificate and didn’t want to take the 15 minutes to cut my hair. Very disappointed today. On a positive note - I have had a good haircut at this location.
I've been going to Jimmy trims for a while now, and I can honestly say it's the best haircut experience I've had. If you're looking for a fresh cut and top notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended
