I ordered tires off Tire Rack and had them shipped to Jimmy's. I didn't reach out before, just texted and easily hashed out the details of when to come in. Overall cost was in line w/ the estimate on Tire Rack. I had the new tires installed on 4/4/2024. I arrived on time and was in and out in ~30 mins. The gentleman I dealt w/ up front was nice and gave me an accurate time estimate. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, pretty seamless.
Jimmy Auto in Granby provided a horrible experience. Despite initially stating a 10-day timeframe for my clutch replacement, they failed to meet their own deadline and requested an additional week. Communication deteriorated, leaving me in the dark and forcing me to leave work early, as calls and texts went unanswered. Didn’t need an appointment, help me with tire and changed it. Took less than 15 minutes. Was very helpful and let me know what I needed. Will be going here again!!!
