I spoke with Barbara and the entire conversation felt very condescending. I feel like she didn’t care to listen to me and wouldn’t let me speak. I really do hope the employees learn what actual customer service is. I realized why I left State Farm today.
They were nice sometime but when i paid with check they lost track of payments, then the tried to up my insurance cost for gap in car insurance coverage. When they "tried" to fix the situation, lied they didn't when they could have.
This agency has always gone above and beyond in all aspects of my insurance needs. Car, life and homeowners. They are the best!
Very helpful, informative & personable people! Wouldn't use elsewhere! State Farm is worth it!
