Jimmy was fantastic to work with. I had to refinance from a construction loan to a 30 yr fixed and I went with Jimmy for a few reasons. He was very attentive and personable throughout the entire process. There are often lots of back and forth with mortgages, Jimmy handled the interactions professionally and always knew what was needed next and was quick to help. This guy said he was gonna lock me in at 5% but then a few months later my rates shot upto 13% he got me into some type of spiraling loan... now I can't pay my mortgage I went from 2700 to 3600 that's crazy. Then I did a little research and this guy didn't even goto college
