What I like the best is that he makes the process fun and works hard to take away the stressful parts of a real estate transaction. He is always on top of deadlines and never forgets to follow through on appointments and issues that arise. He is quick to respond to phone calls and texts. Jimmy helped us to sell a rental property. The property needed a great deal of work to make it "sellable". Jimmy walked us thru EVERYTHING. When we could not be there to manage things, Jimmy took care of it. He made really great suggestions for materials and he has an extensive network of trades people he can call on. Our property sold less than 10 days after we put it on the market for our listed price!!!!
