Terrible customer service from whoever just answered the phone at 3pm on 5/20 in Memphis. Nasty attitude
Go elsewhere. Not worth your time and will just stress you out even worse than what you already are during the process.
Went in for consultation downtown wasn't a pleasant experience. the women at the front desk to the office to the left greeted me seemed to either be upset or did not want to be there she asked me could she help me I told her I was there for a consultation she told me to sign in and wait never asked what type of consultation I was there for just assumed came up and started talking to me about bankruptcy and how to file never got a chance to even speak with the paralegal just a very unpleasant feeling.
