Roast beef sandwich and veggie sandwich order - both were done incorrectly. Would have turned around and come back but were in a hurry to travel out of town. When we tried to indicate preferences, they could not understand and fill the order. The location will close if that continues.
Very disappointing experience. The chicken Caesar wrap tasted old and stale. I specifically asked for it to be served warm, but they said they don’t heat it up. For a place that isn’t serving fresh food, that’s unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
Every time I come here. Whoever makes my sandwich acts like they don't want to work here. They took the add-ons for the sandwiches off the menu. They have been disappointing with the staff mostly. Hire people with better attitudes. That's what helps with keep people coming.
