The service is awesome. Thr staff is friendly. It is my go to place every Sunday. The service is fast and accurate. Love the crew that works there.
HORRIBLE!!! I’m writing to report a very negative experience I had at a Jimmy John’s due to the behavior of a manager on duty. During my visit, the manager acted in a way that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and respectfully, they spoke in an extremely rude manner, which made the situation uncomfortable. Very poor customer service. The manager’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. It’s disappointing when leadership sets such a negative tone for the entire experience. I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.
Had the worse, most dry tuna sandwich possible. I didn’t know you can mess up a tuna sandwich until today. Cool staff just bad sandwich.
