Great person at the counter...but the sandwich made by the other individual had bread that was unbelievably hard...hard to even cut with a knife which might be why even though I asked for the sandwich to be cut, it wasn't.
Everything about this place is horrible. Management, staff, customer service. They didn’t apply the advertised deal and won’t give me a refund for the difference, “you have to ask for it, we don’t give it automatically.” Nice scam! This lead to me overpaying for 4 sandwiches! This is not the first time this location has been bad to me. I will take my business to Jersey Mike’s.
I like the # 1 Pepe sub here with hot peppers on it.
Freaky slow. I love jimmy johns but not this location. I waited at least 15 minutes for 2 little John’s. There was no other costumers in line and 3 staff inside but still took such a long time to receive our food. If you want to get jimmy johns try a different location.
