I waited over an hour for my delivery and it seems like this is a repeat thing for this specific location. Just be warned if you order delivery expect a super long wait. They forgot the chips too. Reached out customer service and never got a response.
This location is poorly managed. Extremely slow service. The menu has "Ultimate Italian" so I decided to try that. Apparently its hot? That wasn't very clear on the menu - wasn't really looking for a hot sandwich but oh well. I looked it up on their website and they sell it as "melty cheese, need we say more?" yea you do need to say more because this location FORGOT THE CHEESE. failure
Waiting way too long to deliver food. At the point I am not going to even order Jimmy Johns.
I feel i am being generous giving them 2 stars. The new toasted sandwiches are delicious, those are keeping me from saying 1/5. If we order something over $20 we get it in less than 15 minutes, and we order enough times that it's kind of silly really.... but any time we order less it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.
