Not one competent person working at this location.
I just needed a quick sandwich, so I ordered online through the app. I pulled up, already ready, handed to me even. Didn't even need to grab it from the shelf. This is by far the best, heartiest, and well put together sandwich I have had at any of the Jimmy Johns in the area. No skimping on any ingredients, layered everything perfect. You guys got all of my additional ingredients layered in as well. Amazing. All done by 2 people in the kitchen. Shout out to you all.
Our driver took 25 minutes to arrive after the order out for delivery notification and we live less than a half mile away. Then he parked at a building on the opposite side of the apartment complex, called me and told me to walk to him because he couldn’t drive around the complex himself, which was literally his only task at the moment. It’s 30 degrees and windy. The food was good but this employee was extremely disappointing for a company that promotes fast and reliable delivery.
On this rainy afternoon I became overwhelmed with hunger. As I searched far and wide…Jimmy Johns made its appearance in my mind. As if by magic, the delivery arrived faster than I could blink, bringing with it a bag of scrumptious surprises.
