I arrived before my order was ready. I was close by and decided to stop in. I didn't care if I had to wait. Even though they were slammed with the lunch rush, they went ahead and started my order. After a short time, they gave me my order and apologized that I had to wait. It was only five minutes, and I wouldn't have cared if it took 20 minutes. They went above and beyond. Very well run location.
I waited over an hour for my delivery and it seems like this is a repeat thing for this specific location. Just be warned if you order delivery expect a super long wait. They forgot the chips too. Reached out customer service and never got a response.
This location is poorly managed. Extremely slow service. The menu has "Ultimate Italian" so I decided to try that. Apparently its hot? That wasn't very clear on the menu - wasn't really looking for a hot sandwich but oh well. I looked it up on their website and they sell it as "melty cheese, need we say more?" yea you do need to say more because this location FORGOT THE CHEESE. failure
Waiting way too long to deliver food. At the point I am not going to even order Jimmy Johns.
