Horrible service, ordered online and it took an hour to get my food, and today they wont even pick up the phone so I can place an order smh.
Walked in, two customers in front of me and one behind. They told me they only had one 8inch French bread left which was great because that's what I wanted. I ordered my sandwich and waited. The guy looks around and asks what kind of bread I want it on...I said French and they say it'll be a 15 minute wait! When I asked what happened to the one they offered me they said they used it for the customer ahead of me. Whatever. For starters the Jimmy Johns slogan of “freaky fast” does not relate to this location by even the loosest of standards. Delivery takes an hour + and I basically live across the street. Logistically it is hard to comprehend what exactly takes place during this hour. Management is extremely unhelpful when contacted and down right rude to bat. Whoever owns this location needs to take a good hard look at their operations and make some major changes.
