Hi James C.👋 I placed my drive-thru order and pulled forward to the 2nd window. There were no other customers, inside or out, and at least three employees putzing ‘round the kitchen. After ten actual, consecutive, excruciating (due to my inability to be with my self) minutes, I watched one of the three glove up and make the slowest sandwich in the history of Mr. John. 1 star to each Freaky Fast employee necessary to finish my 14min sub.

Jimmy Johns is great, love it. This place is bad, only this specific franchise gives them a bad name. Corporate should close them down

Went by today. It's moved or closed down now. Space is empty.

I love jimmy johns but I have been at this one a couple times because it's close to where I live. Last time we waited and nobody took our order, this time we ordered and the girl behind the counter had a long funny chat instead of focusing on making the sandwich, worst and slowest jimmy johns ever. Bad customer service.

Bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered a sandwich at 1pm. It was “delivered” at 1:45. I called and asked them where it was because it wasn’t outside my door. The driver apparently couldn’t get into my building, even though I left the code in my order. They said he would come back. I called at 2:20 asking where it was and they said he wouldn’t come back. I was not offered a sandwich or a refund. Terrible service.
