All of our sandwiches were missing items that we had paid extra for or had item added that we asked to have removed. I ordered mine with no mayo and it still came with yet the extras I had were not included. My siblings added avocado to their sandwiches and it was missing. It also took over 20 min to get our food despite some things missing. I hope in the future staff can do better. I usually never have an issue and the food is normally really good.

It used to be your sub was thrown at you as you got your change. Now its 5-10 minutes...sub-par for any sub location, especially Jimmy Johns! Many people have been complaining about this location lately.

Called at 12:15 with 15 sub order and was told they were out of bread and would take an hour-1.15 to get our take out order .. decided to take my chance and go in at 45 mins and was told they were still waiting on bread, yet all drive thru and uber orders went in a decent time .... I did not walk out the door till 1:30. The guy on the phone who said this was his 2nd week was very pleasant and a worker who came in at 1 seemed to be a manager or something that started helping everything move even faster. I didn't catch names.

Love Jimmy John's and get it often. This location is consistently the worst place to get a sub. Obvious that management is garbage here. Read the recent reviews. Do better
