I always order through the app and have never had a problem any of the four times I have ordered food from here! I love the quality of my food and the friendly staff there!
Not like other Jimmy John's. I always place my order on the app so the sandwich should be made correctly. But it's not. No extra turkey. Such a small amount of avocado that I only tasted in one bite. Service really slow ( I arrived 5 min after placing my order and they hadn't even started my sub) but it wasnt busy and plenty of employees. It's really unfortunate that it's not like other JJ in speed and accuracy.
