Not sure how someone can mess up a sandwich. I ordered the #12 with no mayo, lettuce or mayo because I haven’t been feeling too well. When I got the sandwich it only ZERO meat and only cheese and cucumbers only. What’s the point of a sandwich then?! I should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering because I’ve never seen a Jimmy John’s with a 2 star rating. Horrible management.
Had issuea with the app. It said my card was declined, i tried 6 times to charge, and each time declined. Noticed it was charging me, so I went to the store to see if they got my order. The person in the drive-through said yes, come up to the window. Drive through was super slow, i waited 14 minutes to get up to the window to be told they didn't have my order.
