I have loved JJ's for years. It's amazing.
4 out of the last 4 times I've been they've made my to go sandwhich wrong. I only end up finding out when I get home. Most of the time Jimmy John's are good. This place has been terrible recently. I've tried giving feedback via their system in the past.
I hate to add a not so nice review, but here it is. I went here yesterday and they’ve always been so good, but unfortunately yesterday my food was very subpar. I ordered the lulu and the bacon was white and the turkey was pork pink. I was concerned about it so unfortunately I didn’t eat it and paid for something I literally threw in the trash. The staff were so sweet and nice when talking to me. They deserve to be praised for their service and communication.
