I ordered a beach club , I received turkey wrapped in lettuce. I called to let them know , no care in the world.
Worst experience ever this was awful I mean awful I get they first give me someone else’s food then I ordered online 15 mins prior to showing up food was not made then took 5 mins for help and then the sandwich was horrible I mean horrible what is this
Ordered JJ’s on mobile app and drove 15 mins to pick it up. I quickly checked my bag for all items and drove all the way home to discover my sandwich, which I’d ordered toasted, was burnt and the bread was rock hard to the point of being inedible. Last two times, they made my sandwhich perfect. I had had issue in the past, but way better. The online system will let you purchase a drink that they do not have which is frustrating, but overall great last two times.
