I ordered a beach club , I received turkey wrapped in lettuce. I called to let them know , no care in the world.
Worst experience ever this was awful I mean awful I get they first give me someone else’s food then I ordered online 15 mins prior to showing up food was not made then took 5 mins for help and then the sandwich was horrible I mean horrible what is this
Ordered JJ’s on mobile app and drove 15 mins to pick it up. I quickly checked my bag for all items and drove all the way home to discover my sandwich, which I’d ordered toasted, was burnt and the bread was rock hard to the point of being inedible. I am the least picky eater ever and will usually eat anything, but this bread was like crack a tooth hard. I had already driven home or I would’ve asked them to remake me another one. Last two times, they made my sandwhich perfect. I had had issue in the past, but way better. The online system will let you purchase a drink that they do not have which is frustrating, but overall great last two times.
I've eaten here twice in as many months and both times it made me ill. Perhaps something needs to be done about the quality of the food. It used to be fine. Inside is same boring place with bored new sandwiches that are meager at best...subway is actually vastly superior at this point sadly...what happened to JJ...what happened to this LOCATION it used to be the GREAT.
