Just tried to go here, very unprofessional location. Staff place calls on hold and do not pick up again. This new establishment in Visalia is not a good place to grab food at. Made an order online for me and my husband and it came back very sloppy and looked like someone purposely messed it up.

The food was good. Had a simple turkey sandwich called the turkey tom. With avocado spread. It seemed a bit exspensive but at food places we dont just pay for food but the convenience of fast food. Overall 4/5 would eat again
I understand shrinkflation is a thing these days, but Jimmy John’s should honestly be ashamed. I just paid $16 for a BLT with extra bacon, and what I got looked like a miniature version of the sandwich it’s supposed to be. I received five small pieces of bacon—if that’s considered "extra," I’d hate to see the regular portion. On top of that, the bacon tasted either burnt or like it had been over-microwaved.
