I understand that it is Unbound weekend so they are busy but when I called I was told that they were completing the online orders but didn’t have time to send the confirmation emails. It’s 9pm and the order was placed an hour and a half ago. When were they planning on sending the confirmation emails? After they close? I asked that question to the girl on the phone and she had no answer for me. Glad my card gets charged and they don’t care to give their customers ANY updates.
