on top of my order being completely wrong, I paid 5 dollars for the delivery fee and an 8 dollar tip on top of that. couldn't follow the drop off directions. and when you complain to the link they're posting all you get is an email saying it's up to the owner for a refund. I had to go thru my bank
Ordered a giant Beach Club at the drive thru on Sat afternoon. Once we arrived home, I noticed the sandwich was missing the turkey breast. Not sure how they missed that but things happen. So the sandwich was only made up with veggies and cheese. I called the store and the same person Cassandra who took the order through the drive thru answered and I explained what had happened.
