The manager at this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He called to tell me his only driver was having car trouble and when I asked if I would receive my food, he hung up on me. I called back to tell him how rude he was, he asked if I wanted to say anything else before he hung up again and ask him to apologize for me not getting my order. Earlier today, I contacted your restaurant to place an order for 13 subs. I was informed by your staff member, Justin, that due to the short notice, my order could not be accommodated. While I understood the constraints of short notice, I did find this odd. I requested the name of the manager from Justin before seeking alternative arrangements elsewhere.
