I have ordered from this store frequently (even more than once in a day) for the past 2 mos. Everything was flawless. Then today they charged me for extra cheese (which I always get) and didn't follow the normal directions for the order. I called up to tell them and the rude kid who answered the phone didn't even say anthing but "oh...sorry" even tho I paid for the extra cheese.
