Staff is condescending and rude. Staff is the only one upset with misunderstanding the order. Management is no better. Thumbs down.

I just told the guy three times do not put tomatoes on my sandwich. Get home and guess what?
Don't think I'll be returning to this location. When I asked for banana or wax peppers they said they don't have them only Jimmy Peppers. I mentioned I thought I had ordered them before at Jimmy John's and the employee was quick to say no Jimmy John's has never had them. He said it in such a way that I thought I had upset him. I apologized and said sorry I thought I had but I guess it was another place to which he again rudely said no we have never had them.
