I’ve been eating at Jimmy John’s for years now. I have had a couple orders messed up in this location, but nothing tops this. Moldy bread on my sandwich. I was just offered a refund, and it’s in app money value, not my actual cash. I hope I don’t get sick. The people are very nice, but nice isn’t enough when mistakes like these happen.
First time trying this place and wasn't super impressed. The sandwich was lacking something.
