i’ve been coming to this jimmy john’s for years and i rave about it to everyone. everything is always so delicious but im just disappointed with how slow they are. i ordered something at 11:45 and requested it be delivered around 12:15-12:30 and it was no where delivered around the correct time. i don’t know if it was the lack of delivery drivers but when your moto is freaky fast you would think to actually do so. i paid a 2-3$ delivery fee and they could not even deliver it on time. normally love this jimmy johns but this e... read more
Wish i could give them a 0 star review. I ordered a delivery order and waited a whole hour before i called to check up on it. They told me the address wouldn’t pull up so they just dropped it off at a random house. I hope whoever got our lunch enjoyed a free meal!! Jimmy John’s is the worst service and needs to change their Catch phrase to Freaking Annoying to work with and Slow”
The food is great but this particular chain does not live up to the name as freaky fast. In line or having it delivered they take way too long for a simple sandwich. Should need to wait 20 min in store for a sandwich to be mafe
