Amazing service! Staff was friendly and fast!
We order large catering orders from Jimmy Johns for our organization at SHSU. Carmen the manager is always so professional and does an amazing job. We never have any issues and she will deliver on campus to us and set up a beautiful spread. 5 stars!!
The ladies working were in such a great mood and putting off good energy that I decided to eat my sandwich there instead of going home and eating. The ladies were fantastic! They Eve got my oder right when I confused the whole thing. I said I didn't need cumber on my sandwich because it had avocado spread on it, they knew I meant I didn't want mayo. Great experience overall!!
I went through their drive through today, and it blew my mind how fast they had my order ready. It was as delicious as JJ's subs always are, and the lady handing me my food through the window was super friendly and it actually reflected on my own mood :) JJ's will always be my number one option for sandwiches- I have had my share of other resturants but no one has what JJs does!
Only reason for the 4/5 is parking is atrocious. They do make up for it with a drive thru, albeit tight corners and if I was driving my full size truck I would have problems but my midsized suv just barely inches by without hitting the bollards or the curb. Make sure if you have a larger vehicle to make it a wide turn or button hook that tank.. 😂😂
