About 2 weeks ago I ordered a Billy Club Unwick. It wasn’t tightly wrapped like the others I’ve gotten. It just simply fell apart. Today I went to the Jimmy John’s on landmark Drive, hoping they would do better. Same problem very little lettuce a round it and wrapped very loosely again. It fell apart. What’s going on with Jimmy John lately?
Was in the drive thru and the employee said “what do you want”. I proceeded with my order and they said “what else” and “window”. Have some pep in your voice? Sounds like they hate their job
Kind of messed up one of our sandwiches other than that everything else was good
I don't know how any of the food, service, or atmosphere was because I never received a sandwich. Employees have to be at the order/pick window in order for the customer to be able to review a the food. This is why I don't use drive through. No one was inside. Parked for maybe 5ish minutes with no worker response. Moved to park right across the pick up window. Worker is just standing there. Not doing anything.
Unique, circular shaped building. Parking is limited in a tight lot shared with multiple businesses. Drive through can be tricky to navigate your way to. Great service and freshly made food!
