First time eating there. Said and spelled my name for the the lady and she still got it wrong. Was there August 31 st in Jonesboro AR. Ticket number 31. The sandwich was not what I thought it would be. I'll be going back to Subway. I got more lettuce than meat. 2 slices of meat on our sandwich. The bread was hard.
I had to change my review of this location by dropping another star. Although the food is still great, my order been made incorrectly every single order. Now that's just not something I expect from jimmy John's. My service has always been above and beyond from this franchise. I even been to locations that come so fast I'd swear it was made in the car on the way over. But not here. Now I've never called and complained I just eat what I was given and let it go.
