So after months of not ordering from this store, I made an order today. The order was made incorrectly once again. And so I called the store. I let them know what was missing and asked for them to remake the order. And they could have this one back because I had only taken two bites out of one half. The guy on the phone immediately says no and begans saying that they've had so many complaints (this is accurate) from my address that he was told to no longer make orders with my address. Freaky fast. Baloney. Almost an hour wait. Then my order was made wrong, I asked for extra mayo, nothing on there have more onions than chicken and it’s a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Call the store to complain and all I get told is “ well the toasting melts the mayo.” I said okay well there is still more onions than chicken on my sandwich. It’s basically onions and bread. She says “ oh well the chicken is proportioned out so I don’t know what to tell you. Like really. Horrible customer service!!!

For the gentleman that is adamant that he made two giants for my brother tonight(between 6pm-7pm). You trying to tell me you fit two giants in this bag? This bag right here? With two bags of chips filling up the rest of the bag??? Where'd you put the second one? 0_o

Well I paid 62 dollars this time. I ordered 2 jalapeño wraps and 2 veggie sandwichs. The jalapeño tasted like onion and mayo there were no jalapeños or crispy jalapeños. I called the store about it and the guy that answered said that was the right wrap and no jalapeño should be on it "sorry man"... interesting. This will be my last orders with this store.
