I had to change my review of this location by dropping another star. Although the food is still great, my order been made incorrectly every single order. Now that's just not something I expect from jimmy John's. My service has always been above and beyond from this franchise. I even been to locations that come so fast I'd swear it was made in the car on the way over. But not here. Now I've never called and complained I just eat what I was given and let it go. Sandwich made wrong
So after months of not ordering from this store, I made an order today. The order was made incorrectly once again. And so I called the store. I let them know what was missing and asked for them to remake the order. And they could have this one back because I had only taken two bites out of one half. The guy on the phone immediately says no and begans saying that they've had so many complaints (this is accurate) from my address that he was told to no longer make orders with my address.
