I didn’t get what I ordered very strange atmosphere presented to me from the counter person . The didn’t give me bacon or the correct size sandwich I didn’t realize this until I got home This is my 2nd bad experience at this location
Eaten here 3xs and have had 3 bad experiences. It’s one of those sites where the employee turn over is high and nothing is going to be done correctly. This last time my son wanted a turkey sandwich while back to school shopping. Fine I’ll give this place one last try. We got the sandwich and he sat down to eat it and it was all lettuce. There was one slice of turkey that didn’t cover the whole sandwich. I should have taken a picture. He tried to eat it but it was just lettuce, mayo and bread. We ended up throwing it away. Ordered online, walked in, and it was just put in the bag. The wrap was fresh and was full!
It was crazy because They gave me two messed up sandwiches on DoorDash and they wouldn’t even give me a refund even though I had pictures proving that the sandwiches were made wrong literally leaving cucumbers and bacon off of a California club like just completely wrong and three sandwiches was $45. I would just go get the stuff and make it at home.
