Unprofessional and rude to the point I did not place order in Driv thru.
I placed an order through the app, and my sandwich was made sloppy, hardly any turkey, and my customizations were kinda ignored. Something has changed recently, as I’ve never had a bad sandwich from here until now.
11 minute waiting at the drive thru speaker for someone to take our order. Around 1pm. I understand there could be a rush but Some indication of how long it would take to be able to input our order into the system would be helpful during the lunch break rush.
