Had an online offer that was emailed to me I placed my order drove all the way to the store for pick up and after waiting for my food I had an employee come out saying they weren’t honoring the deal to call corporate or the owner because it was a mistake on jimmy johns. This is all fine but I wasted my time going all the way to the location when they could have simply called me and explain everything.
Great food. Horrible atmosphere. That Shane or Sean, whatever his name is, guy working on the line should keep his racist comments to himself. Disgraceful. Will NOT be returning.
