This place has significantly gone downhill. The food is disgusting anymore and expensive.
I had a totally awesome sandwich. The store was very clean and the employees were very, very nice.
The music was much louder than usual- so much so that the aloof employee behind the counter heard our order wrong. Spouse’s sandwich was completely different to what he ordered. Mine was very poorly made, and no way our bread had been baked that day. Very difficult to speak at our table due to the unusual music volume. Not our first poor experience here, so it will be our last.
Very polite staff, exceptionally clean rest rooms, excellent sandwiches.
