Some sandwhiches take 15 to 20 minutes to make- should never be the case for this location and yet... it is. Even more frustrating is the lack of consistency. Sometimes it's great, but sometimes it's horrible. Sandwiches are sometimes an inch or two shorter than usual, sometimes you get half the meat you should have. Love a mouthful of bread. Management or franchise owner needs to get on the ball here.
Would be 5 star but I order on the app and it usually takes 15 or 20 minutes because it seems they prioritize the drive thru. But nice people and good food.
I received great customer service from Jeanne, as usual. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I feel welcome that everything is bagged.
wish I could give 0 stars... they do nothing Jimmy standard. treat there employees horrible and use them and work them like a dog then when have no use for them anymore it's " forget you" drama drama drama never ever worked at a place in my life where people were allowed to threaten you etc and argue with you in front of customers etc. Disgusting. don't even waste your time going here. drive the extra miles and head to Muncie JJs WAY BETTER 🥰
