So eager to write this review! Absolutely fantastic teamwork between Robert, Tim, Jennifer, Anthony and Samantha who always go above and beyond to make sure I leave smiling!

This particular store ALWAYS gets the order wrong. Order earlier in the day because I think the kids working later on are typical kids that absolutely do not pay attention to detail! They don't stop and READ! If you say two chips, they give you one and wrong flavor. If you say no meat ...they put meat. I was so happy to see them in doordash, but now I won't give them anymore chances. Higher kids that actually show they can do the job fire the current ones. Sorry.

I placed an online order at Jimmy John’s Forney store #4481 and had a very disappointing experience. First, my order was not ready when I arrived, even though I ordered ahead. I patiently waited, but when I finally received my food, I noticed my hot sandwich was placed in the same bag as a cold lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap itself was poorly made — it was basically a balled-up pile of lettuce with very little filling inside. We went to buy a sandwich and they didn't have bread how can you eat a sandwich without bread and they still have it opened you expect me to go there and there's no bread like of least close the shop if you don't have any bread.
