The gentleman who just took my order did a fabulous job with his customer service AND making my sandwich. The receipt says his name is Tommy, so if that's him, then you're in good hands if he waits on you! (I did tip him in cash, lol)
Immediately upon opening the door to enter, I was met with a warm greeting from behind the counter. This was very welcoming, of course. As I approached the counter, I observed the place to be very clean and fresh smelling, too. These were all major pluses for me. Looking up, I began to scour the menu, to which I immediately saw a menu item that filled my heart with a warm fuzzy feeling 🥹. Yes, it was the “back east spicy Italian” cold sub.
