"Freaky Slow and Freaky Wrong" Been multiple times I've received the wrong sandwich or it was made incorrectly. This time really aggravated me because I have COVID and can t get my sandwich corrected. The wrapper indeed said no mayo but certainly did. Hungry and can't go anywhere. Update: What is the point of the tracker if the employees aren't going to use it? Update 2: Why do I keep giving this place a chance? Today they where out of the loaf bread at 7:30. Is that even possible? Or are they too lazy to make more?
We ordered delivery for office meeting at our plumbing company here in Forney. The food was great, but what was even more impressive is they missed a call from us, called us back to make sure we were taken care of, and apologized they didn't get my phone call due to being busy. On top of that, 2 brownies and a bag of chips were missing, I told him it was okay he could refund it. The manager brought the missing items personally to our company and apologized in person.
