As we are dining in with our kids, I ask if our Giant could be cut in thirds For our kids. The guy behind the counter looks at me and says no I can’t do that that’s against our policy. I asked if we could receive a knife to cut it with he again said that’s against our policy. Remind me, the sub was never even cut.. We eat here often through the week. After this experience, it makes me never wanna come back again. That’s sad to us because we love JJ. Sincerely Dylon

Food tastes and looks great! Staff was awesome, place was clean. Easy to get in and out of.
Very friendly staff! They even let me know I had a reward item waiting for me and I had no clue!
Subs always good.
