The food here is always great, but today when I placed my mobile pickup order it came up missing one of my sandwiches. When I returned thru the drive thru to get my missing sandwich the girl that came to the window was very hateful and rude about it. Not my greatest experience here. Loved it when it first opened because they made you feel like family, now it feels more like cattle being ran thru a chute.
THEY NEVER PUT NAMES ON THE SANDWICHES OR CUT THEM IN HALF. I've ordered from them so many times and it's the same thing. Family of 5 here and it's getting annoying.
This jimmy johns location consistently forgets to put on the basic ingredients of a sandwich. They are also the slowest jimmy johns we’ve ever been to. When they first opened, I figured it was because they were new, but they’ve been open for a while now and probably should have gotten these issues figured out by now. We do like that it is located in a very convenient spot between the Edgewood schools and our home.
3rd day in a row i cant get enough today was extra special tharnks to the crew that helped me awsome work , food was great Obviously.... Bravo Jimmy Johns Bravo
Always good sandwiches, as you would expect from Jimmy John’s. But perpetually understaffed, so not as freaky fast as you would expect.
